It has a very fresh and sweet aroma.
It is a special junmai sake, but it has a melon-like fruity aroma like a ginjo.
It has a melon-like fruity aroma like a ginjo, but at the same time it has the umami of rice.
It is light and dry, but also sweet.
I paired it with bonito tataki, but I think bonito would go better with something like Funaka Hachisaku.
