It's hard to find in Tokyo (just don't know of any dealers?). I found Tanaka Rokugo and rushed to buy it.
I thought Tanaka Rokuugo was Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima, but according to the label on the back of the bottle, due to a significant decrease in yield caused by water shortage and typhoons in 2022, some Yamadanishiki not produced in Itoshima is also used.
The aroma is weak. The aroma is weak, but the rice has a strong umami and acidity. It tastes good on its own, but it is even better with food.
