Sorry for my lack of vocabulary, but it's a sweet acid. The aroma is gorgeous and there is an acidity behind the sweetness. When you drink it, the sweetness and acidity come at the same time, making it a fun sake to drink.
It is 300ml, so it will be gone soon, but I am conflicted because I can't drink the last sip, it would be a shame to waste it.
Well, I'm going to drink it when I'm done writing this💦.
