Kumakichi
The cherry blossoms have started to bloom in Tokyo, but it will be next week before they are in full bloom. However, I opened a bottle of Senkou Sakura OHANMI ahead of time.
But from the second sip, the sweet aroma and refreshing taste made me want to enjoy cherry blossom viewing!
Rice polishing ratio: Koji rice 50%, Kake rice 60%.
Alcohol content: 15%.
