I attended the Chikumanishiki brewery's brewery opening festival and purchased a bottle.
Aroma.
As it is only a pure sake with a rice polishing ratio of 39%, you can enjoy its fragrant, gorgeous, and refreshing ginjo aroma.
Green apple, banana, rice husk, and alcohol aroma.
Due to the fact that my last check-in was "Jr.'s Himitsu", I couldn't help but compare it to it....
Himitsu" has a sweet and fruity aroma.
This time, "Sakiya" has mainly acidity, and I have the impression of a fruity aroma with a sweetness to it.
Taste
The mouthfeel is silky smooth, with pleasant fruity acidity, sweetness, and rice flavor.
Banana, green apple, faint peach, rice husk aroma (acidity), and rice flavor.
The combination of sweetness and acidity gives it a pineapple-like flavor.
The lingering acidity gradually gives way to a light sweetness and a clean, crisp taste.
It is easy to drink, and is just plain delicious.
Summary.
A refreshing and fruity junmai daiginjo that is easy to drink and offers both acidity and sweetness.
