かっぺ正宗
This is a bottle of Bikuyo from Hamakawa Shoten that you can drink with peace of mind. As usual, it is a junmai ginjo, and although it is not very assertive, it has a good balance of fruity, grain, and alcohol aromas, and a clean aftertaste that makes it an enjoyable sake to linger on.
At the end of the year, I wondered what to do about opening a bottle, but I thought, "Bikyuu will do fine! I thought to myself, "I'll be fine with Biyoke!
