ひなはなママMy first Takachiyo. I had heard that hiragana Takachiyo is sweet, so I was worried about the kanji Takachiyo, but it was juicy and sweet on the palate, but the spiciness came along with it, making it a strange sake. It is not sweet, but dry.
I would like to try the hiragana Takachiyo.
