It really goes great with food... I was quite impressed that there is a sake that is so refreshing to drink, yet enhances the food without interfering with it. When I visited Kumamoto, I dropped by the sake brewery, but they already had none in stock, much to my chagrin. I looked for a distributor in Osaka or Tokyo, but could not find any... I personally consider it a phantom sake.
