Kumakichi
We received a special edition of Miyamanishiki and Yamadanishiki from Mr. Naohiko Noriguchi, a master brewer known as the "God of Sake Making".
If it were me, I'd be hesitant to buy it at 7,700 yen, but it's a sake that can only be drunk now, so I'll take it with all my heart...
This is my second bottle since I became a fan of the last Yamahai Aizan, so I'm very excited.
The aroma was a clear alcoholic sensation going through the nose, but when you put it in your mouth, the world of Nouguchi spreads out.
It's hard to find a sake that has the same lingering taste as Opus One when I was into red wine...
That's what "Kami no Shizuku" is all about!
I'm wondering if I should buy Vol. 3, which will be released next...
Alcohol content: 19%, Polishing ratio: 55% (74% Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture, 26% Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture)
