The sake rice and rice polishing ratio seem to have changed since last year's version.
The sake rice is now Kitashizuku from Hokkaido, and the rice polishing ratio is now 50% Junmai Daiginjo.
The sweet and juicy taste is still there, but a core and penetrating acidity has been added.
It is a bit more expensive, but I prefer this year's version.
