I found a limited edition sake I was interested in on line from a liquor store and bought it as the last bottle.
When I got home and took a sip, I was amazed!
After the refreshing sourness that is typical of nama-shu, the umami spreads in the mouth with a bang.
It's thick, deep, and delicious.
Oh, sake is really delicious!
