I've had Toyo Bijin before, which is made with Yamada Nishiki from Hagi, but it's a completely different story even though it's made with Yamada Nishiki from the same region💦.
Reminds me of the wonders of sake🤔.
This is why I can't stop 😙.

Thank goodness we are neighboring prefectures so Yamaguchi sake is readily available or easy to find 😊.
I hope to one day decide what is the best sake for me ✨.
