The appearance is a light yellowish green.
The aroma is fruity and unobtrusive. It has a soft sweet taste and is well balanced, so you will never get tired of drinking it. It was delicious and in tune with the flavor of steamed oysters.
On the second day, the sweetness increases and the mouthfeel is velvety.
The third day, for some reason my husband and I agreed, it smelled like chocolate.
