ルテルテミI received a gift of oysters from Tatsuno, Hyogo Prefecture. I opened this bottle. I pray that everyone in the Hokuriku area will be able to get back to their daily lives soon. The appearance is a light yellowish green. The aroma is fruity and unobtrusive. It has a soft sweet taste and is well balanced, so you will never get tired of drinking it. It was delicious and in tune with the flavor of steamed oysters. On the second day, the sweetness increases and the mouthfeel is velvety. The third day, for some reason my husband and I agreed, it smelled like chocolate. The third day, for some reason my husband and I agreed, it smelled like chocolate. Thankfully, this is my third Katsikoma. But it is always the same Junmai, so I would like to try other specs.

ルテルテミGood evening, Ponchan😁. Oysters go well with sake, after all. I found Katsukoma tasted better steamed than grilled oysters 😋. The oysters from Hyogo were plump and rich in flavor😊.
