しんしんSY
I think I'd like something fruity to go with the new sake.
I looked at the label and decided on this one
Tenka no Banana🍌🍌🍌🍌.
This is a special junmai, but it has a more refined fruity and banana taste 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌.
The next dish was not the usual Bean Curd with Bean Curd, but Bean Curd with Hot Spicy Bean Curd of the season's fresh fish!
The spicy hot bean curd and the sweet taste of the cod roe are a must-try in Hokkaido, even though the portion is small!
Skills and Knowledge
Oyamanishiki" is a crossbreed of "Akita Sake No. 33" and "Hidahomare" and is grown in Toyama Prefecture.
Because this sake rice has a connection to Akita Prefecture, it is brewed with rice and yeast that are not normally used, resulting in a special version that is different from the previous Onagawa Tenka series.
