The opening of 2022 began with the sacredness of my hometown of Fushimi, Kyoto. It is a seasonal sake with a slightly high alcohol content of 19 degrees, so naturally we paired it with Osechi (Japanese New Year's dishes). The sake is unpasteurized, which gives it a faintly effervescent and fresh taste. I drank it all the next day before it lost its freshness.
