Perfect bubbly, cool sweetness, acidity, and the whole is well integrated and can be served on its own, with Japanese food, or with Vietnamese or Western hors d'oeuvres to keep it moist. Excellent 👍
I think it is one of the three best bubblies along with Nanbu Bijin and Kido. It is 10 times better than Otters!
