Yasbaye family's warehouse party (2)
Participants brought their own entrées to share among the 14 people, so the sake party was held while eating the entrées as well.
There were so many different kinds of appetizers that I can't remember the names, funa-zushi, negitoro, salami, charbroiled chicken, etc. that I can't even begin to write about them all 😋.

I brought kazuchi, smoked cheese, and homemade quail flavored egg as entrées, but the kazuchi was covered by the cheese...
Now, the second bottle is a bottle.
I almost gave up on Hanamup's Sake Mirai because they don't sell four-pack bottles. Thank goodness 🙏.
◉Hanamai Yuu Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai, bottle fired once.
It has a slightly smooth mouthfeel, with an elegant sweetness, umami, bitterness, and richness of each mixed together to create a fuller taste.
Come to think of it, Hanayuup was Kaorin's favorite brand. It is amazing that it is a staple sake in Yasube's household 😊.

Yasbay, I thought it would be better to sell them in individual packages 😊 here too, but I went ahead and made them because I wanted to eat them semi-cooked 😁 easy to make and I'll give you the recipe next time 😉 I envy you a lot of fridges with flower oups as a regular drink 🤣.
