The taste is clean, with a hint of sweetness and a slightly complex flavor that is typical of orikarami.
I had previously had Higashitsuru, which had a sweet and sour taste, and I liked it so much that I got it again this time.
The name "winter preparation" is also nice.
It has a fizzy taste, and it might be easier to drink if it were chilled, but I think I prefer it closer to room temperature, as I can taste the sweetness and sourness.
