Impression
Slightly fragrant ginjo aroma.
When you drink it, you will find it to be dry and light!
The alcohol taste comes first in the mouth, followed by a light spread of umami.
Slightly watery, with little acidity and little umami.
It is very light from start to finish.
Like Hakurakusei, it was interesting to see how it enhanced the umami when served with sashimi.
