The emperor of the night. Special Junmai sake. Sourness? It's not so much spicy as it is a drink where you can feel the strength of the alcohol.
Senpuku. Honjozo. When I was a young sake drinker? When I drank it when I was young, I felt happy with this taste, which I was not good at.
Today, I want to drink sake, I think to myself as I finish work. Most of the restaurants I want to go to are closed because it is Sunday, so I end up coming back to Hiroshima.
I don't dislike it, it's a little expensive.
