Sawahime-san made a good impression at the traveling SAKE festival in April.
The sake we tasted was
Peach-colored Junmai Nigori Sake
Yamahai Junmai Shin Jizake Manifesto
Junmai Gold
I'm sure they were all good, but I need to double-check.
I think Junmai Gold was a bit peculiar.
