It is refreshing, but the base is well supported by the tart flavor that is typical of summer sake, making it a natural water for adults that can be drunk without hesitation.
Summer sake is surprisingly easy to drink! This is the kind of flavor that goes well with summer! I think there are some summer sakes that are more assertive than others, but this one has a summer sake feel to it, and it is wonderful in that it is not intrusive and naturally makes you reach for your glass.
I'm going to buy this one and take it home.
