We had this one freshly opened 🍶!
Yamagata Masamune is our first brewery!
The master opened the bottle with a cheerful "pop! The master opened the bottle with a cheerful sound 😊.
There is no heady aroma.
The aroma is not fruity, but rather a slightly fragrant and subdued sweet aroma, like coarse lamb.
It has a large sweetness, medium acidity, medium umami, and a large gasiness.
There is some bitterness at the end, but I like the way it gently fades away like water 👍.
This is delicious 😋.
I had it cold, but I thought this would be delicious warmed up a few days after opening 👀.
