The aroma of so-called "good sake!" Expectations are high.
In the mouth, sweetness can be felt, and soon after, acidity, bitterness, and umami come in just the right balance.
The aftertaste is clean and crisp, with a hint of sourness and a gentle ginjo aroma that remains pleasant.
It has a well-balanced flavor that is not eccentric, but is not a "run-of-the-mill sake". I recommend it even to those who are not familiar with sake! (I'm sorry, that came off a bit superior...)
