I thought I wanted a robust sake for a meal, so I tried O-Roku for the first time in a while.
This is the third or fourth time I have found out that this is a member of the Yonemei Hall of Fame, but every time I think "Yonemei ". However, every time I think "Yonen-tsu ❗️".
The aroma is not like a fruit, but like smelling cooked rice and sake at the same time.
In the mouth, from the acidity and slight gassy feeling, yes, it is rice deliciousness ❗️ This rice feeling is what I like about Wang Roku. I love the full aroma like cooked rice. The bitterness in the second half and the pungency of the robust alcohol are also delicious‼️
I think it has become a little more modern than last year, with a beautiful sour-sweet base, but in this era of low alcohol at 17.5%, the rice flavor, robustness, and oleosity are irresistible 😁.
I am sure you can't go wrong with Wang Roku Jouji 😊.
