Shinshu Kamerei Honjozo Sake 🐢 which I purchased at a sake brewery during a trip to Ueda 🐢 The brand I usually see is only junmai sake, so it looks fresh🫙.
The aroma is fruity, like young fruit, green apple or muscat, even though it is a honjozo sake.
The taste is also somewhat sweet and easy to drink. Perhaps because it contains brewer's alcohol, it has a slightly bitter taste for a Shinshu Kamerei, but it is not so bad as to be bothersome. It has a nice sharpness.
Although it is clear that there is a bias, the top aroma and flavor are still Shinshu Kamerei! It was a high-cost sake that made us think 🍶.
