It reminded me of the expression "light and dry" that was often used in the past. It was delicious.
I drank Koshinokanbai for the first time in 40 years. At that time, it was said to be a fantastic sake. When I visited Niigata with my boss, we were entertained at a ryotei restaurant. My senior in the industry brought in a bottle of sake and let us drink it.
The bottle of sake did not run out and I was told to drink it all up as a courtesy to the recipient. I had a hard time at the end. The bottle is different from the old one, so I bought it this time.
