We had a junmai daiginjo made from Miyakanbai 🌸 Miyamanishiki polished to 45% by the Kanbai Shuzo brewery in Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, which we had been wanting to try for a long time.
The floral aroma is refreshingly sweet and sour with a delicious bitterness!
The clarity is high, the sweetness is moderate, and the acidity is just right!
