I bought this sake with high expectations because Sawanoi's 150-day aged type was so delicious.
Since it is a pure sake, it has a gorgeous sweet aroma when drunk on the rocks with ice, and you can enjoy the slightly mellow, thick sweetness and umami that is typical of matured sake. It is delicious.
