Very soft. Thin. Tongue tingling. Sake that drinks acidity. The sales talk was very hardworking and gave a good impression. Notes were a bit messy because I had been drinking quite a bit.
I got this sake at the Junmai SAKE Week event held in Nagoya last month. It was great to see so many different kinds of sake from Hokkaido to Fukuoka.
(The most delicious was the bonito flakes that came with the Shibotan sake.)
