Souvenir sake that I got on a trip to Kochi (Cape Muroto) last year and kept in my basement 🪸.
It is made with deep-sea yeast and deep-sea water, and the bottle is shaped and colored to evoke the world of the deep sea. The bottle is also shaped and colored to evoke the world of the deep sea!
When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is refreshing with a hint of grain and yellow peach.
The mouthfeel is clear and light, but slightly rounded. The integrated flavor of grain and brown sugar-based sweet and sour astringency, while being modest. The beautiful taste of gentle sweetness and clear acidity and astringency is delicious and reminds one of the scenery of Cape Muroto 🌊.
A calm taste that spreads as if soaked through. And the clearness that disappears in a light and refreshing way. It is truly a cup of mystery and serenity ✨.
Only in Kochi can you serve this kind of sake!
I would love to visit Cape Ashizuri someday 😌.
