I was told that Junmai Ginjo Arabashiri and Funakuchi were scheduled to be available in mid-December, but I was late to the party ^ ^.
There was only Funakuchi in the fridge at the direct sales place, and there were zero 4-gou bottles ‼️😭
I bought 3 bottles of Sandeshi.... There were a few bottles of Ippon, but they didn't fit in our fridge...so we gave up.

The brewery is a small brewery loved by the locals, so they deliver to customers with reservations first, and there are not many of them available for direct sale....
However, we are grateful that we can purchase it if we visit the brewery at the right time.
Junmai Ginjo Funakuchi is a modern fruity sake ✨It has a slight gasiness, but the sweetness is refreshing and very elegant ✨It has a mild bitterness in the aftertaste, which makes it a nice sake that is not too sweet. Goes well with cream cheese and dried fruits. ❤️
It has almost no alcohol taste and I want you to experience the sinking deliciousness, but I don't want it to become too famous....
