I bought this sake at the brewery when I visited Suwa during the Bon Festival.
I was looking forward to drinking it because it is made with the No. 7 yeast.
It is a very light sake with a cucumber-like mouthfeel.
The alcohol content is 12°C, so the sake goes down smoothly.
