A long time ago, there was a fantastic sake like Otters, which disappeared from sake stores because of its popularity. That was Fukui's Kuroryu. Nowadays, the trend of sake is changing, but it is still as popular as ever. Now then, let's get going!
The aroma is gentle, or rather subdued, with a hint of a zushin. The brewing water is soft, slightly thickened, and mild to the palate. It tastes like apricot curd, and the bitterness and sharpness round out the aftertaste, making it very pleasant.
It was very delicious! Thank you again for this evening!
