On the last day of work, I had a bottle of Tasake's Kojo-no-no-nishiki version, which I had left to open, as I did last year.
The mouthfeel is reminiscent of green apples.
Fruity, gently sweet, and refreshingly tart.
The taste is pleasantly fruity, with a gentle sweetness and a refreshing acidity,
The moderate bitterness and sharpness make it an irresistible gem.
The entrée was delicious with pork shabu ponzu. 😋
