Aftertaste: Exiting aroma and a hint of bitterness.
It is refreshing and good as a sake for eating. The quality of the sake is similar to Junmai Hi-ire and Akatake is very stable. As you continue to drink it, the bitterness will gradually build up in your throat, so you will want to drink it as an accent to meals.
