FOX（備忘録）
Junmai Unrefined Nama-shu (pure rice). It has a firm but dry mouthfeel with a touch of bitterness. The taste of Gohyakumangoku, the rice used as the base, can be clearly identified. Miyamanishiki, 60%, about 1800 yen, Otsuka Sake Shop in Honmachi.
