We had this sake at Sebun Nigo in Akasaka in late October.
As expected from the Takachiyo Sake Brewery, which insists on using only one rice for sake, the sake had a great balance of umami and elegant fruity flavors!
It went well with the dishes with excellent soup stock, and despite the lively label, it gave the impression of a quiet sake. However, that may have been due to the atmosphere of the restaurant 😆.
