Flying swans, swans, type A... I don't know what's going on anymore (greeting)
So, it's been a long time since I've had a Tobirachuen!
I wonder how long I can withstand the power play of malic acid, lactic acid, citric acid and other acids...?
I'll have it with a glass of snow-cold Usuhari!
Wow! From the aroma, I was already anticipating the acidity!
The taste is... acidity! Sourness! Sourness! A hint of sweetness with a hint of apple!
Wow, this is amazing!
It's a paradise of sourness, as it appeals to people who like sourness!
I can't recommend it to those who don't like sourness!
Needless to say, I'm a sour-sweet person, so I'm in love with it without question.
The acidity is so strong that it's easy to drink, but be careful not to drink too much.

Hi, udon bread 😃.
I'm a acidity-skier 🎿 and I'm curious about this bottle and would like to try it 🤗By the way, don't most of the labels of sake with strong acidity have silver letters on a white background 🤔I guess it's just an image...

Thanks again for your comments, Jay & Nobby 😊.
Hiraisen is seriously recommended for acidity skiers!
The white label issue with the more acidic sake... I believe Kariho is a white label... there is that 🤣.
