新舘幸樹
This is my first visit to the brewery.
Due to the heat, I went to the sake store in search of a refreshingly dry sake.
I had done my homework and was able to purchase the sake I was looking for.
It is a sake that has been around for a long time.
The motive for purchasing it was the raw type and the super dry taste.
It has a classic image, but how does it taste?
First of all, it is a very typical image. Niigata sake is light and dry. It is colorless and transparent. The sound of the bottle opening is even nostalgic.
As expected, the color is clear and colorless and very beautiful. The label on the back says it has a berry-like aroma, but I couldn't detect it myself.
My first impression after drinking it.
It is not too spicy for a super dry wine. It is something you can drink easily. In the worst case, it is like water.
But the spiciness and bitterness come in the aftertaste.
And then there is the temperature change. It is like water when it is cold, but if you leave it at room temperature for a little while, the spiciness and amami come out. I think it's the way to use aluzoe, but it also makes it a little sticky.
If you want to drink it by the throat, drink it cold. If you want to taste the flavor, wait a little longer. It is not a trendy sake, but if you want to enjoy it, there are many kinds.
It is not a trendy sake, but there are many ways to enjoy it.
The price of 2620 yen including tax for a bottle is also attractive.
