Kikuhime: Hiyashiroshi
This is my first Chrysanthemum Princess! I thought it was light and dry by looking at the font and the reviews.
The first time I drank it, it had an aged aroma, and I thought, "Oh? When I took a sip of it, I was surprised to find that it had a slightly smooth texture, with a slight sweetness for a moment, followed by a crisp and sharp flavor.
The taste was very strange, almost like a noble sake.
I was a bit surprised that it tasted so different from what I had imagined, but I guess that's what it's all about.
(I bought it in May, and there is a period of time between the fall when hiyaoroshi is released and the opening of the bottle, so I think I may have twisted it.)
Sake degree is about 1 to 2 in my experience.
