Daishichi fully matured nama-hashiroshi sake
First, it is served cold in the snow. It has a gentle sweetness and a full-bodied, robust flavor. It has a strong flavor, but because it is a nama-shu, it is not too rich.
The sweetness is followed suddenly by a mild and delicious acidity that finishes with a dry finish.
You can enjoy a variety of flavors in one glass.
Next, warm it up.
The graininess goes up at once.
The sweetness, acidity, and umami punch are all up.
The sweetness, acidity, and umami punch are all powerful and satisfying.
Very satisfying.
I'm going to try it again, but it seems to be a limited edition bought at an event, so I don't know when I can buy it next.
