Following yesterday's SENKOKU Uchiage Hanabi, this is a sparkling sake. The fizziness is not too strong. It is somewhere between sparkling and active. The sweetness is elegant and the rice flavor is delicious. There is no acidity, but the bitterness that comes at the end adds complexity to the taste.
I wrote a lot of things about it, but the conclusion is that it is ironclad and delicious.
