Impression
As soon as I put it in my mouth, I felt the sweetness spreading, but then the sourness overtook it.
After that, I felt a little bitterness and sake-like umami.
The aftertaste is rather peculiar and the bitterness remains a lot.
It is very smooth on the palate.
I thought it would be delicious paired with tempura or something fatty but not too rich in flavor 🍶.
I would like to be able to describe in detail what kind of fruit I felt when I write this kind of comment, but I don't know how to practice...
So far I can only taste melon and muscat flavors on my tongue... lol
I want to be able to feel apples...
