Bijofu純米吟醸 CEL-24

The first sake I drank that used CEL-24 yeast was Kameizumi.
It had a very dark, fruity flavor, and I wanted to drink it again.
This one also has a dark fruity aroma like daiginjo. The slight effervescence is pleasant.
It is slightly less sweet than Kameizumi, but can be enjoyed as a dessert sake.
If you like sweet sake, we recommend CEL-24 yeast sake.
