According to the explanation on the back label, "bear hibernation" corresponds to the time of year when bears hibernate in their holes (December 12-16), which is one of the 72 weather conditions.
The top aroma is not strong, but it has a gorgeous fruity aroma.
It has an elegant and juicy sweetness on the palate.
The taste is quite refreshing.
It is a very beautiful and delicious sake.

I've only had Asakaya Sei, Ginbukiyo, and Yamadanishiki, but they were all in the same vein.
