I went to Murata, the wine and sake shop I always go to, because they were having a tasting and sale at their warehouse 😁.
Well, the lees is accumulating there!
Shake the bottle a little to make it cloudy and open the bottle!
The sound of the bottle is always a pleasant one!
Recently, there are four-pack bottles with crowns, so I enjoy this sound (I wonder if the brewer understands this?).
Sake temperature: 9 degrees Celsius.
The aroma is milky, with a hint of cream-like ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is sweet but not sticky and soft.
And there is a chirichiri-ness to it.
I only tasted about half of the sake, so all I could think was "delicious ❗️", but I was right to buy it!
I have another bottle to enjoy!
