If the snack is Tochio-Age, the best sake is Tochio's Koshino-Kagetora (or Koshinotsuru)
Tochio Age is a great snack as it is, but it is even better with miso and cheese.
It is indeed dry as it is called "super dry", but it is also delicious and smooth.
It's the best of both worlds.
