The taste is robust and spicy to umami.
When paired with marinated salmon, the robustness fades and the taste changes to a refreshing one,
This is an interesting sake.
I would like to buy it again with the back of the bottle.
And the beer?
It is Suntory's triple draft.
Was it last month?
I had it and it was delicious, so it's a repeat.
I have to buy autumn beer and sake as they are starting to come out.
