Kukai is the first summer sake in Shangiku's OCEAN99 lineup.
It has a dry taste with controlled sweetness and acidity, perfect for drinking in early summer. It is too light and not very pleasant to drink. It is a summer sake, so it is probably better to be this dry. It is just right for drinking in the hot summer daytime.
